On this 8-week course you will learn mindfulness strategies and approaches to increase your engagement and awareness levels, ease your suffering from pain, ill-health, fatigue and associated stress within a small supportive and friendly group setting.
What happens on Mindfulness course?
During the course, you will learn how to develop mindfulness through meditation. Mindfulness means being aware of what is happening in your experience - in your mind and your body. You will learn this in a group of up to 15 people, with the course I will be guiding you through a series of meditations. You don't need to have any previous knowledge or experience of meditation to come on a Mindfulness course. The course helps you develop a new relationship with self and others.
Interrupting the cycle of tension, reaction and suffering
Replacing it with kindness, awareness and choice
Remaining steady through life’s ups and downs
Sharing your experiences with other people on the course
You will also meet in smaller groups to talk about your experiences of the meditations. You will not have to reveal anything you do not want to. The course focuses on current experience and how to work with your thoughts and emotions.
Meditation is a way of creating a healthy mind in a positive and creative world.
This On-Line course is super effective and allows you to access it from every place on the globe so if you are busy with your business, career and or family life you can be sure that finding an hour and half weekly for 8 weeks has just got another meaning.

The Course starts on 17th November and the timings are as follows am group one - 19th November 9 am / evening group two - 8pm each session all weekly sessions consists of 1,5 hr of group meditation, teachings and conversation session.

**Play the Game Workshop by Create & Inspire - 2hrs Specially and Uniqly Designed Visual Art Workshop so as a whole family you can all enjoy day of fun and celebration together.**
Play The Game
Playing with kids builds a bond that will last forever. It lets the child know he or she is loved and appreciated. It opens the door for sharing problems and concerns when the need arises. It helps the parent get to know and under the uniqueness of each child. It is also great stress reducer for overworked parents.
Family Activities are great for the whole family. They help develop strong family bonds which can last a lifetime. It can be said that a family who plays together stays together. They also are more cooperative, supportive and have open communication. These qualities pay off in big dividends by increasing self-esteem, social skills and a sense of connectedness that helps kids and teens use good judgment when confronted with difficulties and temptations.
Play Together is suitable for children of all ages and materials are provided free of charge.

As an Artist and Mindset Coach I use art intervention to facilitate growth and insight. Spontaneous drawing allows to express problems, feelings, fears, wishes and concerns in a non-threatening manner. Unconscious material, which was previously hidden from exploration, is often depicted in many of the drawings. The artwork enables the individual to communicate symbolically as well as verbally. It affords the person a wealth of symbolism and images which he or she may relate to and learn from. Images serve as vehicles, which facilitate communication, growth, and insight.
Living & Thriving in Life should be straightforward. You need to think carefully about your priorities. Not what would please others, not what would make everyone think you’re the most wonderful person! You are already enough !

Because there are just so many choices now to invest in self : Physiology, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual, Wealth and Business, Online Support, Personal Training, Well-being interventions .. the list goes on and on.
So which one?
In reality all of them will work because they’re just vehicles to success.
What you need to learn is the complete holistic system for Living & Thriving. Once you know this then you just need to apply it to your chosen system. Then you’re painting on canvas !
I know it sounds almost too simple doesn't it? But that's why it works. It’s simple.
It's no longer about being the smartest or working hardest, being brought up in certain way, you can unlearn and learn new habits and master the game, learning the strategies and then applying it to the chosen vehicle ( if you like a particular hobby use is to your advantage and maximise results by following something you truly love )
It’s like painting a picture. If one of the ingredient isn’t in there it just doesn’t work. No matter how much effort goes into trying, it cannot be a painting without all the ingredients like a particular colour of the paint you may require. That's it. No experience necessary, just your open mind-set and positive intentions!
Then all there is to do is practice and turn it into your new positive and empowering habit and off you go !
